Yo, Yo, Yo,
It’s been a great week!! We have had some crazy rainstorms everyday this past week. It has been flooding the roads pretty bad and it looks like the Salmon River.
We have been contacting ALOT. We have been teaching people, but they don’t want to investigate more, so we are planting lots and lots of seeds, but they don’t want the water. I have to accept their agency but that is a struggle. The only return appointment we got was from this super drunk dude and ya know what?? I don’t care if he is drunk and doesn’t remember making the appointment. If thats the only return appointment we got - I’M GOING!!! haha
This last Wednesday I went on an an exchange with my Zone Leader Elder Boggess. I went to Aguas Buenas for the day. We were talking to this crazy dude in the street and then all of a sudden a iguana comes out and this guy starts chasing it down with his machete and decapitated it. I COULD NOT stop laughing because that guy was going hard!!
I am excited for Halloween!! We have a mission wide conference and we get to hear from Elder Cornish and Elder Christensen from the Seventy. I will also get to see all my buds from the MTC which will be so cool! In Puerto Rico Halloween is pretty nuts. The people here take it as a day to go crazy and vandalize everything, so us missionaries just take the night off and chill in the house.
I think it is so funny here because the Straight Up Gangsters here ride horses! They have their chains on, their Nikes, and rocking the Snapback while riding a horse. i will try to get a picture!
Love you all so much! I hope all is going well! I’m going bowling today as a zone activity so I will wear the Moroni socks you gave me for good luck!
Love and Miss you!
