Mom and Dad,
This week was amazing! I see a huge change in our zone. We got them all fired up and we went from having 6 in church as a zone to 16 in one week! It was a huge turn out! Alot of them have baptismal dates so the Anahuac zone is making progress!
After fasting, we found a kid named Cristian (the reference that God gave us). We gave him the restoration pamphlets and we came back later last week and he was waiting for us with his folleto in his hand! We asked what he had learned and he explained the whole thing to us. I was so surprised! This never ever happens! He explained that he knows now that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has the authority or Priesthood and no other church on the earth has it! "So why should I go to a church that doesn't have authority?" YESSSS! We had an activity in the church and we played basketball and soccer and vollyball! It turned out great. Even Christian went and had fun! On Sunday we went to pick him up and he was ready to go to church and he participated so much in each class! He knows the restoration more than a couple of members. Its cool to see the change and the fire he has learning the gospel!
Today I hiked up Potrero Chico, but I hiked up the whole thing this time. It was a tough hike! It was straight up the whole way and the top view was so dope! I have sweet photos I'll send. Coming back down I saw a baby rattlesnake! It has been a long time since I've seen one of those.
GO JAZZ!!! Thats awesome! I hope Hayward and Gobert can come back! We have a chance to go far if they are healthy!
THANK YOU for the birthday package!!! I opened it in the offices with the Assistants and the whoopie cushion!! HAHAHAHA!! We played with that thing for so long. We were dying laughing! I loved everything and YES mom the pants fit good!
