So our investigator Alfonso had a baptismal date for the 20th of February but he didn’t come to church so we have to move it. Investigators need to come to church at least 2 times before baptism. I’m pretty excited to see if he takes the Book of Mormon seriously. I know if he will, he will feel the spirit and he will feel the change in him. He just needs to take time to read the book with real intent. The sad and funny thing was he thought we were Amish this whole time! HAHA!! I thought we had explained things very clearly but I guess not.
So this past week we were trying to find new people. Most of the people we have right now aren’t progressing. Two years seems long right now but I want to be able to use it all up and find the people that are prepared. We found this one guy that was just leaving to go fishing. I let him know that fly fishing was better and more manly than spinning rods. He said we can come back and look at all his photos of fish he caught..then we will turn it into a lesson! I miss fishing so much right now for some reason. Every time I see a river I just picture all of us fly fishing.
So the Broncos won? I was wanting Carolina to win. I was in a house and was watching it for a little bit. We were trying to teach a lesson but I couldn’t keep my eye off the game so I asked if they could turn it off for me! haha! I saw the play when Von Miller forced the fumble and Denver recovered it in the end zone. It was dope and I was going insane. I miss football!
Well everything is good here in Guayanilla.
I love you all and miss you lots
